Fred R. Slosson, CPA, has been a practicing CPA since 1960, working 
primarily with owners of closely held businesses, including corporations, 
partnerships, trusts and sole proprietorships. He works extensively with 
individuals in connection with their personal financial and estate planning 
problems, including tax sheltered investments. Mr. Slosson is a former 
assistant professor of Business Administration at Indiana University 
Northwest and has taught such courses as Federal Income Taxes and 
Taxation of Estates and Trusts.
